Pregnancy tests are available at all health departments within South Health District as part of our Family Planning Services.
Family Planning provides services and related preventive health care to improve the health of women and men and to enable families to plan and space their children. While the target population for the program is low-income or uninsured individuals, the program serves all who want and need services. The services provided to FP clients will depend on the type of visit and the nature of the service requested.
Due to high patient volume, out-of-clinic events, or staffing, pregnancy tests may not be available as a walk-in service at all county health departments and an appointment may be required.
Please call your local health department to see if they are accepting walk-ins or if you should make an appointment before coming in.
