Irwin County Health Department is hosting a Pre-K Round Up on Thursday, May 28 for children in need of Ear, Eye, Dental and Nutrition screenings. 

“We encourage parents to take advantage of this event and not wait until the last minute to have their child’s paperwork completed for entry into Pre-K,” says Rhonda Mixon, RN, county nurse manager.

The complete cost of the screenings is $24; however, most insurance plans cover this service. Children can also receive immunizations, if needed, the day of the event. The Pre-K Round Up will be held from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. For more information call Irwin County Health Department at 468-5003.
