South Health District is proud to partner with our local schools to offer in-school flu vaccination clinics for the 2025-2026 school year. These clinics will take place this fall, ahead of the peak flu season, making it easy and convenient for students to get protected.
Each county within our district will host school-based flu clinics, with options for parents to complete either an online consent form or a printed consent form, depending on your county. Deadlines for submitting consent forms will vary by county. Please visit your county’s school-based flu web page for this year’s deadline.
Additional information will be shared by your child’s school either during open house events or will be distributed within the first weeks of school.

PLEASE NOTE: A completed consent form is required for your child to receive their flu vaccine during the in-school clinic. Students without a signed form will not be able to get vaccinated at school and will need to visit the health department with a parent or guardian to receive their flu shot.
