Tift County Health Department Hosting Back-to-School Health Day on July 22

TIFTON, Ga. – Families can get ready for the new school year at the Tift County Health Department’s Back-to-School Health Day on Wednesday, July 22, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

No appointment is required, making it easy for students to receive important back-to-school health services before classes begin.

Available services include:

  • Tdap vaccine
  • Meningococcal vaccine
  • Meningococcal B vaccine
  • HPV vaccine
  • Georgia Form 3231 (Immunization Certificate)
  • Georgia Form 3300 (Eye, Ear, Dental, and Nutrition Screening)

Insurance is accepted, and fees may apply.
