South Health District is proud to partner with our local schools to offer in-school flu vaccination clinics for the 2025-2026 school year. These clinics will take place this fall, ahead of the peak flu season, making it easy and convenient for students to get protected.

Each county within our district will host school-based flu clinics, with options for parents to complete either an online consent form or a printed consent form, depending on your county. Deadlines for submitting consent forms will vary by county. Please visit your county’s school-based flu web page for this year’s deadline.
